JEFFREY FERNBACH: President

Mr.Fernbach earned "Builder of the Year" honors for 2003 from the New Jersey Shore Builders Association (NJSBA) in recognition of his outstanding achievement in the building industry and his commitment to the betterment of the community. Since founding Paramount Homes, he has established a stellar reputation for the company as a trend-setting builder based on quality in construction, innovation in home design and integrity in business. He is an organizer of Community State Bank/Lakeland Bank, Teaneck, New Jersey, and a Director of the NJSBA

ELI BLEEMAN: Vice President

Mr.Bleeman co-founded Paramount Homes after contributing to the successful building, planning and management of several high-rise residential communities and commercial properties as an owner of Medallion Properties, a Real Estate development firm based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. With extensive experience in the development of residential communities, Mr. Bleeman is responsible for all aspects of the construction and purchasing activities for Paramount Homes. Mr. Bleeman is also responsible for overseeing of the company's Design Center.

RICHARD A. SELIKOFF: Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Richard A. Selikoff, joined Paramount Homes in 2008 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and also is the Broker of Record for Paramount Brokerage, Inc. Selikoff is a results-driven professional who has been responsible for numerous local and national award winning communities while holding several executive level sales and marketing positions with a number of regional and national home building companies. In addition to community awards, he has been bestowed with a number of personal achievements which include Marketing Director of the Year and Sales Manager of the Year by the New Jersey Builders Association. A graduate of Tulane University, Selikoff possesses a vast wealth of experience and knowledge in all product lines including entry level, luxury, resort, active adult and urban living while holding such positions as sales associate, sales manager, marketing director, and as the president of a new home building consulting firm.

GREGORY MISCIO: CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Miscio, CFO of Paramount Homes, is a CPA with over 15 years finance and accounting experience. Prior to his employment with Paramount Homes, Mr. Miscio was the Vice President of Finance for the New York/ New Jersey Division of one of the nation's largest homebuilders, where he developed significant experience with redevelopment projects and low to mid-rise construction projects. Mr. Miscio began his career with one of the "Big 4" public accounting firms in Philadelphia after graduating from Penn State University in 1990. He is currently an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

BRAD HALL: Director of Land Acquisition/Market Positioning

Mr. Hall brings twenty years of residential market research and acquisitions experience to Paramount Homes. He has worked extensively with single family, townhouse and condominium new home marketing. While Mr. Hall's experience spans the tri-state area, his most recent responsibility prior to joining Paramount was that of state wide land acquisitions with one of the top national developers. With a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and a Masters from Columbia University, Mr. Hall is responsible for company wide land acquisitions and product positioning.

THOMAS MONETTI: Director of Construction

Mr. Monetti joined Paramount Homes in 1998 as a Project Manager. Promoted to Director of Construction in 2000, Tom is responsible for all land development and construction activities for many award winning, highly successful residential communities. Tom lends his expertise to the design team in creating many of the company's award winning home designs. He also works closely with municipal officials to promote a positive working relationship. During his tenure at Paramount Homes, Tom has also played an integral role in the creation and implementation of numerous company policies and procedures, including valuable contributions to Paramount's Home Warranty Department. Indeed, in 2004, Mr. Monetti was presented with the Director/VP of Construction of the Year award at the second annual F.A.M.E. Awards (Fabulous Achievement in Marketing Excellence) for his ability to produce outstanding results and demonstrate a consistently high level of expertise in all aspects of construction management.

Mr. Monetti brings 25 years of construction experience to the Paramount team. many of which were with one of the nation's largest homebuilders. Tom's resume includes active-adult, commercial, multi-family and high-end custom residential construction.
